Quick Access Toolbar
General
This toolbar at the top of your screen gives you quick easy access to key functions on Infinity. This can be setup within your user options, below covers the default buttons.
New
| Allows you to quickly add candidates, companies, jobs, interviews or placements records to Infinity. See the Walkthrough section for more information on adding records. |

Advanced Find
| Allows you to quickly find candidates, companies, jobs, interviews or placements records in Infinity. See the Find section for more details. |
|
Quick Find
Quick find defaults to finding candidates. This can be changed via the ‘Quick Find Type’ drop-down
When you type into the ‘Quick Find Value’ field, you can click to find based on name, location name (only for companies) or email. Entering return on the keyboard will find on name only.
Search

Allows to begin a search for candidates, companies, locations, contacts, jobs or placements. |
