Zapier Integration

Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your apps and services. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration. As Infinity is a secure partner with Zapier credentials are fully encrypted and can be removed at anytime.

An account can be setup for free and this enables you to setup simple single zaps / tasks but there is a limit. There are additional accounts (Starter, Professional, Team and Company) that can enable more complex multi-step zaps and support.

You can use our integration to either trigger a zap to then complete an action with a third party tool, for example, you add a lead to Infinity and for it to automatically book in a calendar appointment into a calendar.

Alternatively, you can use our integration as an action that is triggered by a third party tool. For example, a candidate completes a form using a third party form builder and then you can set the action to send this data to iCapture.
