General

Below are the key areas for setting up Infinity, it is recommended that you work through all the administration areas to ensure the system is setup to your specific requirements but completing the list below will ensure the system is setup for syncing of emails and sending of template emails

Key Areas

1. Setup your internal Company record, do NOT add any contacts (these will come across once the users have been put into the company in the User Administration)

2. Exchange Server details and EXCLUSIONS

3. Within the User Administration, complete all consultants details, ensuring you select the internal company and location, add linkedIn URLs and assign Distance Search licence’s. Setup each users exchange mailbox's to activate synchronisation

If you have had a data conversion and gone through the final cut process then you will find any work completed on the areas below will have been kept:

  • Business Rules
  • Financial and General Settings
  • iCapture Administration
  • iResearch Destinations
  • Notes Templates
  • Permissions
  • Reference Data
  • Templates (except Blank SMS or completely blank templates)
  • CV Builders

 

Any other settings or content may need to be re-entered. Go to main admin menu to view content and walkthrough's for setting up Infinity
