Bulk Updating

NB:- The ability to complete bulk updating will require permission to BulkUpdateGeneral

The bulk updater is available within the toolbar in ad hoc candidate / contact and job search results. This facilitates you to update certain content within the records in the candidate or contact list.

Note that you can only add /remove one entity at a time (consultant, attribute, job title or qualification

Add / Remove Consultant

Select the consultant you wish to add to or remove from the selected or all records:

Add / Remove Attribute

Select the attribute you wish to add to or remove from the selected or all records:

Add / Remove Job Title

Select the job title you wish to add to or remove from the selected or all records:

Add / Remove Qualification

Select the Qualification to add to or remove from the selected or all records:

Update Failures

Bulk updating requires records to be unlocked (not open by any user), if you complete a bulk update whilst a record is open then it will fail, you will receive a warning notifying you of the number of failures:
