Favourites

The favourite’s panel enables you to store a list of favourite records so they are easily accessible. All record types can be made a favourite (candidate, company, location, contact, job, interview, placement, search, reports).

The image shows an example of the favourites panel.

 

To add a favourite to this panel;

  • Go to the record that you would like to mark as favourite
  • Click the favourite icon


If you want to save the link into a folder, click on the drop down and choose which folder to save the favourite into.


 

NOTE: If you don’t have the correct folder, click on the new folder button and create it from here


If you right click on the favourites title bar you can also have additional options which will allow you to float the favourite list so that you can move it around, or autohide it to make it into a tab on the side of the screen.
