Job Retainers
Job retainers can be recorded within Perm jobs.
Enable Retainer against the job by ticking the job retainer box, you can then open the Stages dialogue box:
Job Retainer Merge Codes
Job Retainer content can be used to populate email and / or email attachment (post) templates (Terms or Invoicing) using merge codes:
Note:- Retainer merge codes are available within Job, Job Shortlist, Interview and Placement Comms Centre's
Job Retainer Report
In addition you can utilise the Job Retainer Report, access the report via reports and within the Job folder.
