You are able to input candidates and contacts Skype ID into their telecoms details, once inserted you are able to click on the ID directly and Skype call or Skype chat with that person.
Using Skype for a Call
Any candidate or contact record that has a Skype telecom can be called
Right hand mouse click on the Skype and choose Call using Skype
Using Skype for Chat
Any candidate or contact record that has a Skype telecom can be chatted with
