Compliance is a complex process but Infinity offers real flexibility when setting up how you require to manage compliance. Using RTW / EAA to ensure workers are legally entitled to work and then specific job Q&C's will ensure that the worker can legally and competently fulfil the role.
- Right To Work / EAA - this can be setup within the General Settings area and enable you to setup either single Q&C or combinations of Q&C's (mixture of 2 or 3 Q&C's)
- Job Specific Quals & Certs - these will ensure that the required Q&C's are compared to the candidate record, to ensure they have appropriate Q&C(s)
The monitoring of Quals & Certs can be activated via:
- Temp Settings (Temp Jobs) - set to monitor RTW / EAA / Q&C's
- Business rules (Perm / Contract / Fixed Term Jobs) - set to monitor RTW / EAA / Q&C's
These can be set to either prevent a user from placing an none compliant candidate or warn a user that a Qual or Cert is missing.
Right To Work / EAA
Infinity can be setup to automatically tick RTW and / or EAA in candidate records when the appropriate Q&C's are added to the candidate record. The tick box is dynamic, so if you have expirable cert recorded in a candidate record that passes the expiration date it will automatically untick the RTW and / or EAA in candidate records. This is setup as a system wide process, so is not specific to Temp or Perm. However, the monitoring will only apply if Temp settings are set to Prevent or Warn or Business Rules are set to Prevent or Warn. This allows you to setup Infinity to treat Perms differently to Temps or Contractors.
Job Specific Quals & Certs
Infinity allows you to manage compliance by using Quals & Certs which can be recorded within Job records, for Temp jobs these can be automatically populated from Job Title defaults setup in Temp settings, if you require to have specific requirements by Company these can be setup in Company records. For Perm / Contract / Fixed Term Jobs you should record job specific quals & certs manually into jobs or use copy job.
