Infinity Text Editor

Within free text boxes you are able to access the text editor by double clicking within the box. The text editor is available in:

The text editor has standard font, paragraph, tables and image options allowing you to include any content you desire. There is also a spell checking facility but will red line text that is not held within the dictionary you are using.

Within the text editor for the Job description and job comments box there is a Autoscan option, this allows you to check the description for Attributes, Job Titles and Quals and Certs.

• Autoscan from the ribbon bar
• Autoscan results panel will allow you to Add skill one by one or all at once
• These can be marked as E - essential or D - desirable

NB: - For Temp jobs it will only scan job titles that are visible in temps

This enables more accurate skilling of the Job, these skills can then be added to the search quickly via the Essential Skills / Desirable Skills drop down options in the search section:

Within these text fields you are able to right click and insert a Note Template, these templates are created by your system administrator, so you are able to quickly insert some pre-set text / table / image into a text field.

Within these text fields you are able to right click and insert the date and time, this function is particularly useful for comments boxes, allowing users to record when they are inputting the comment.
