Summary / CV Submit

Summary and CV submit are together as they are the same process, but with different documents.

The CV submit comms centre enables you to submit more than simply the CV to a client.

You are able to submit a

• CV (from several copies which are saved against the candidate record)
• A builder (i.e. a pre-defined document that you have created with merge fields),
• An online reference (e.g. an online CV or link to a YouTube video)
• A candidate summary (this is the information that will be populated within the summary tab of the candidate screen)
  

To submit the summary or CV use the submit CV icon

Manually recording a Submission

Alternatively you can;

• In a shortlist you can right click on the correct name to manually record that you have submitted a CV (or Summary)

Choose if you want the log to be logged in your review list.
