What have we released?

Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve delivered in this release:
• Interview page - new %Likelihood field
• More fields added to the Interview Board
• Interviews Occurring report has a column chooser and more fields

Enhancement 135595 New Interview page field called %Likelihood
A new field called %Likelihood has been added to the Interview page.
This is a numeric % field. It can be blank or 0 to 100. As default it is blank.
Enhancement 135596 / 135647 Interview Board - Level, %Likelihood and Fee added
The Interview Board entry shows 3 additional fields if they are populated with data.
• Level
Shown as <value> in brackets after the time
• Interview’s Job Min and Max fee value (Perm/Fixed Term)
Shown as ‘Fee: <min> then <max>’ with the currency symbol and a hyphen separator between them if both are populated
• %Likelihood
Shown as ‘%Likelihood: <value>’
Enhancement 135595 Interviews Occurring report changes
A column chooser has been added to the Interviews Occurring (Excel) report.
The following 2 columns have been added:
• Fee
o For Perm and Fixed Term jobs the Job Min and Max fee value and currency
o With min then max and a hyphen separator between them if both populated
o For other job types, the fee will be blank
• %Likelihood
o As entered on the interview page
All columns are ticked as default if the report has not been run.
The ‘Consultant(s)’ field has been moved to the end of the report and changed to our standard format of ‘consultant shortname’, with ‘consultant type’ in brackets if populated and comma separated if multiples. E.g. JP (Resourcer), AC (Consultant).
