• Infinity 5.21 has been released

 

Release overview

Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve delivered in this release:

• Job Progress Board – configure which shortlist stages are shown

• Candidate ‘Alternate code’ field added to search results / list

Enhancement 135382 Job Progress Board – user option to configure the stages

A user option is available to configure what stages show on the Job Progress Board. The Dashboard tab has been renamed to ‘Information Boards’ and the new setting added.

All stages show as default and the user can select multiple stages to show.

When the Job Progress board is next opened, only the selected stages show.

 

Enhancement 135383 ‘Alternate code’ field added to candidate results / lists

The candidate ‘Alternate code ‘ field is available in the column chooser on the following search / lists:

• Candidate adhoc search results

• Candidate adhoc search list

• Re:job search results

• Re:job shortlist

 

Enhancement 135345 Scheduled Auto Comms – capped to 200 matches on job conditions

In Administration / Scheduled Automatic Comms tab, a warning triangle has been added to job conditions advising that if there are over 200 matches the communication is not sent.

This on Candidate Shortlisted and Submit, that if there are over 200 matches the comms is not sent.

If the communication is not sent, the user is notified in the Connectivity Centre.

 

Enhancement 135300 Connect app – user informed if login fails due to no licences

If a user logs into the Voyager Infinity Connect app and there are not enough licences available, they are informed at the bottom of the screen
