Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve delivered in this release:

Enhancements

Enhancement 129309 Add favourites to search lists

The user can right click on a favourite folder and add to an existing search list.

Candidate, company, location, contact, job or placement searches are available to select, if there are favourite records of that type in the selected folder.

When a search type is selected, a window is displayed listing the user’s existing searches.

A search can be selected and when the user click’s OK, the user is taken to the search list tab with the records of that type added (if they don’t already exist).

From the search list toolbar ‘Add/Exclude’ button, the user can add records from one of their favourite folders.

The user is prompted to select a favourites folder.

When the user selects a folder, the records are added that match the type of search, to the search list (if they don’t already exist).

Enhancement 129314 Automatically finish fixed term and contract placements

In Administration / General Settings / Main pages tab there is a new option under the Placement section called 'Automatically finish started Contract and Fixed-Term Placements when their end date is reached.

This is off as default.

When selected, the overnight service will automatically finish contract and fixed term placements with a status of ‘Started’ that have ended within the last 7 days, not including today.

Enhancement 129312 New defaults when creating jobs on the company page

When the user creates a job from the company page the following defaults are applied to the create new job screen:

• if only one active location, this is defaulted in the job location field
• if only one active contact at that location, this is defaulted in the contact field

When the user creates a job from the location page, the following defaults are applied to the create new job screen:

• if only one active contact at that location, this is defaulted in the contact field

Enhancement 129203 TalentGraph - creating leads does not populate location

When a lead is created from TalentGraph search person results, the lead address field is no longer populated.
