Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve delivered in this release:

• iResearch improvements to criteria searching and Copilot (preview) integration
• AWR – automatically tick historic clocks over 12 weeks when first enabled
• Temps report option to only show placements with first shift

Enhancements

Enhancement 127740 iResearch top criteria searching improvements

In the Administration / iResearch Destinations tab there is a new ‘Copilot’ column to set which destinations support boolean search strings and can use Copilot to help build it.

All destinations with the ‘Is Keyword Search’ column ticked have the Copilot column available to configure. The LinkedIn UK X-Ray (Google) and Linkedin X-Ray (Google) default system destinations are ticked as default on new and upgraded databases.

On the iResearch screen, the Copilot button has been removed and replaced with an icon and text: 'You can now use Copilot to build your keyword boolean search strings’ with further details shown on the tooltip.

The search button has been put adjacent to the ‘Criteria’ field at the top and renamed ‘Run Search’.   Criteria must be entered for the button to be enabled.

When text is entered into the ‘Criteria’ field at the top and ‘Run Search’ is pressed, destinations not ticked as Copilot in administration work as per existing functionality. The text is populated as is on the keyword field, and the search is run.

When text is entered into the ‘Criteria’ field at the top and ‘Run Search’ is pressed, destinations ticked as Copilot in administration use ChatGPT to build a boolean string on the keyword field, and the search is run.

Location information, e.g. ‘Leeds’ will be handled by Copilot where possible and will be put at the start of the boolean search string to improve results.

The ‘Re-Generate’ Copilot button is available on destinations ticked as Copilot in administration.

This will regenerate the boolean string on the keyword field, which may be different each time, using the contents of the ‘Criteria’ field.   If the ‘Criteria’ field is empty, the button is not enabled.

Enhancement 127916 AWR - tick historic clocks over 12 weeks when first enabled

In Administration / General Settings / AWR tab, when AWR is enabled for the first time, there is a setting to automatically tick 'AWR Checked?' on AWR clocks that are over 12 weeks.

The setting is ticked as default.

The agency should have dealt with AWR on these placements already, using their existing process.  AWR Clocks that are over 12 weeks and ticked as ‘AWR Checked?’ do not appear in the My Infinity / Apps menu “Over 12 Weeks” notifications.

Enhancement 128248 Better handling for default CVs that are corrupt

Corrupt CVs that do not display in the CV preview pane should no longer cause the candidate page to fail to load.

Enhancement 128407 Temp reports – new option 'Placements with First Temp Shift Only'

There is a new option called 'Placements with First Temp Shift Only' on Temps Currently Work (Excel) and Temps Payroll Export (Excel) report.

This appears after the ‘Candidates with First Temp Shift Only’ option and lists all placements where their first shift is in the date range.

Both options are off as default and only one option can be ticked at a time.
