Enhancements

Enhancement 127924 Find information in events details

There is a 'Details’ filter field on the event toolbar on all main page event tabs and ‘show all’ event screens.

The user can type text up to thirty characters into the field. An ellipsis will show if more text exists in the field that is shown on screen.

The user must click the adjacent ‘Apply Details Filter’ button to apply it to the events grid.

All events are loaded and checked, and only displayed if they match the ‘Event Actions’ and ‘Event Types’ filters, and contain the specified text in the event details field.

• The events details filter is specific to each main page type, and is cleared when a page is closed, unless in review mode
• The details filter is not copied between other linked event tabs that may exist on the page.  Each event tab has its own filter and is retained when flipping between the tabs
• Navigating between contact/location/company pages retains the filter for all three, until the page is closed. Removing the filter removes from all three
• Navigation between leads retains the filter until the leads screen is closed

The user must click the ‘Remove Details filter’ button to remove it from the events grid.

Enhancement 127890 Scheduled Automatic Comms - placement has started

There is a new Scheduled Automatic Comms placement condition called 'Has Started status with start date (excludes temps)’.

This has functionality as per existing placement conditions and the following send options:

• The ‘Send’ field has After Date
• The ‘Number Of Days’ fields is between 1 and 7

This sends the comms to non-temp placements when:

• They are at a status of ‘Started’
• The resolved send date is today based on the placement start date and the send / number of days value.

Enhancement 127900 Scheduled Automatic Comms - placement reaches 10 AWR weeks

There is a new Scheduled Automatic Comms placement condition called 'Has an AWR Clock that has reached 10 weeks and not checked'.

This has functionality as per existing placement conditions and the following send options:

• The ‘Send’ field has After Date
• The ‘Number Of Days’ fields is between 1 and 7

This sends the comms to all placements within that AWR Clock when:

• AWR is not checked on the clock
• The resolved send date is today based on the date the AWR Clock reached 10 weeks and the send / number of days value.

Note - the AWR Clock reaching 10 weeks is counted from the AWR Clock Start Date

Enhancement 127927 Leads – client job title field added to the Comms Centre

The Leads Comms Centre has a new merge field for the ‘Client job title’ field on the lead page.

The field is available to add to your Leads Comms Centre templates in the Insert Merge Code window.

This merges and sends the ‘Client job title’ contents from the lead page.

Enhancement 127566 Candidate SARs report includes candidate's photo

The candidate SARs report includes the candidate's photo.  The confirmation window shows whether a candidate photo has been exported.

The photo is exported in its own zip file and is password protected, along with attachments and CV zip files, to the chosen Windows Explorer destination.

Enhancement 127865 Legalesign - support for their default reminder schedules

Legalesign templates sent from Infinity pick up the default Legalesign automatic reminder schedules.
