Organisational Chart

This is accessible from the company screen or from the Application menu for the internal organisation.

The organisational chart enables you to show in a chart format those people that are contacts within an organisation.

If you have not created the organisation chart against the company you will have to add the contacts to the correct location.

In the example below the location has been expanded. To expand the location

• Click the location (in the top of the screen)
• Click the edit button to open the location. The screen will look as below. 

Move the contacts to the correct location, by dragging and dropping them into the correct location.

NOTE – You need to drop the name into the location box and the contact will now be located at that site.

You can repeat this in the future if someone moves location. Drag the contact to the correct place.

Continue to move the contacts from the bottom portion of the screen to the correct location, until you have built the organisational chart.
