Expiring Items

You can access the expiring items from your My Infinity panel to see just your expiring items or from the application menu to view all expiring items.

NB: - You can also enable driving licence functionality, see driving licence section for more details

Candidate Quals & certs – The review dates are set per Qualification or certificate and will display expiring or expired quals and certs for all candidates you have added Q&C's against. See Quals and Certs dictionary for more details.

We can use the comms centre from here as necessary.

NB:- You are able to multi-select candidates within the list using control or shift to highlight, then clicking on the comms centre will enable you to email in bulk

Placement Quals & certs – The review dates are set per Qualification or certificate in conjunction with the Q&C recorded within the job record for current placements. This will enable you to ensure required compliance documents are kept up-to-date. See Quals and Certs dictionary for more details.

We can use the comms centre from here as necessary, the merge codes used will include all Q&C's that have passed the review date not just those displayed within the Placement Q&C list.
